We took the opposite starting point, and built the practice around the decision rather than the discipline.

Salvatore Luciano Furnari

Sole director and sole shareholder

Lawyer and chartered accountant (avvocato e dottore commercialista), specialised in corporate and commercial law, fintech and banking and financial regulation, with vertical expertise in blockchain, crypto-assets, DeFi and MiCAR. PhD in financial market law and regulation, University of Rome Tor Vergata (2024), with a thesis on the regulation of decentralised finance.

Head of the crypto-assets, Web3 and DeFi department at Lener & Partners, advising banks, asset managers, financial intermediaries, listed companies and innovative startups on incorporation, licensing, compliance, client-facing services and market disclosure, as well as on extraordinary transactions, M&A and corporate governance.

Editor of La Finanza Decentralizzata. Cripto-attività, protocolli, questioni giuridiche aperte (Minerva Bancaria, 2023) and author of papers on DeFi, DAOs, tokenisation and crypto-asset regulation. Fellow of the European Decentralisation Institute; co-founder of Skill Donor, a project dedicated to donating professional skills to non-profit organisations. Ranked by Chambers Europe 2026 among Italy's leading FinTech practitioners. Law degree summa cum laude, LUISS Guido Carli (2016); master's degree in professional consulting and auditing (2018).
